The Heathrow Terminal 5 Baggage System represented a highly complex software and IT integration project for BAA plc. Given their experience in baggage systems development and integration, PSL was contracted to provide systems testing assurance in both the factory and site environments.

PSL took responsibility for the acceptance of developed baggage system application software, definition of site integration testing and sign-off on behalf of the client for Factory (FAT) & Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). The T5 baggage control system was successfully delivered on time and handed over to Operational Readiness teams.
